Design is a collaborative process. As an experienced Graphic Designer, I've witnessed a distinct shift in the commoditization of design in recent years. The truth is, design is a service, not a commodity. I work closely with my clients to uncover the spirit in their businesses, and apply that core strategy throughout all brand materials, from logos to websites.

I allow high-calibre design, strategic prowess and the service-based nature of agency design work to be accessible to small businesses. The creative process and client satisfaction are two priorities that I hold in very high regard. Effective design is an investment you won't regret... promise. 


 

BRAND PACKAGE: $1,000

The brand package is a fun and personal brand development experience for your business or blog. My goal is to create a final product that reflects your style while also delivering an effective marketing tool and solid foundation for your business.

This Package Includes:

  • BRAND INSPIRATION BOARD | This will set the mood for your new logo and brand design.
  • LOGO VARIATONS | During this step of the process, you will receive four unique logo variations to choose from and refine.
  • FULL BRANDING BOARD & STYLING | Once your primary logo design is finalized, we will build a final branding board to incorporate all of the elements of your new brand for maximum impact.
  • FINAL DELIVERABLES | You will receive your logo in all popular file formats in a convenient Dropbox or Google Drive file link for easy download. Your final files will include your logo & all secondary/sub mark logo files in all popular formats (also includes original .ai file format for logo), color palette and colour guide {includes CMYK, RGB and Pantone color suggestions), font recommendations, up to 6 matching social media icons and one coordinating pattern or texture in a 12"x12" 300dpi JPEG format.
  • STRATEGY DOCUMENT | Based on our initial consultation, brand questionnaire, and additional discussions, I will outline a strategy document that will cover the most marketable and soulful aspects of your business. This document is crucial in developing an understanding of what role your brand has to play in the world, and where it will sit in the minds of consumers. The strategy document will inform every aspect of your business and bring your brand story to life. 

*All stages of the brand package include two sets of revisions, as branding is a very collaborate and iterative process. Any additional revisions, if needed, will be billed at my hourly rate of 70 dollars per hour.

 


 

BRAND & PRINT PACKAGE: $1,500

Implementing your new brand throughout your print and social media materials is wildly important in the establishment of a strong branding presence. The Brand & Print Package takes your new look to the next level.

This Package Includes:

  • LOGO DESIGN | See above package for details
  • BUSINESS CARD DESIGN | Double sided business card design to reflect your new brand. Additional employee card setup is 30 dollars per card.
  • BUSINESS STATIONERY PACKAGE | Includes either a professional sized letterhead and envelope design or a notecard and coordinating envelope design.
  • STAMP, HANGTAG, OR STICKER DESIGN | This can include your logo or secondary logo design paired with your return address or another text layout of your choice.
  • FACEBOOK PAGE DESIGN | Includes cover photo, profile picture and 3 matching app buttons of your choice.
  • TWITTER PAGE DESIGN | Includes banner, background and profile picture to match your new brand.

*All items listed include one set of revisions. Print ready files (when applicable) are prepared for final delivery for client to print at the printer of their choice (please feel free to ask me for printing recommendations). Any additional revisions will be billed at my hourly rate of 70 dollars per hour. 

 


 

PRINT & MARKETING MATERIAL DESIGN: PRICING A LA CARTE

I am willing & able to design various forms of print collateral for your business. You name it, and I can most likely make it happen! I have included a few of our standard print project pricing in the a la carte menu below. If you do not see your needs listed, please contact me for custom pricing as many print projects vary based on complexity. Due to limited availability, print and other branding materials are typically only offered to my branding clients. Here are a few examples:

SQUARESPACE WEBSITE PACKAGE: $2,000

Squarespace is a godsend for clients hoping to manage their own website. Its' minimalist, intuitive back end interface is as gorgeous as its' appearance to outside visitors. All business websites built on the Squarespace platform are responsive, and include built-in e-commerce. Although this platform has some design limitations, it is perfect for small businesses, wedding websites, and portfolios. Squarespace allows you to grow your website as your grow your business, all while maintaining a functional & beautiful web experience.

The Squarespace Website Package includes the following: 

  • Clean, easy to navigate, easy to manage, sophisticated Squarespace theme consistent with your brand & customized to your company's functional and aesthetic needs.
  • Initial design mockup of website homepage and up to 10 interior pages for approval by client.
  • Two rounds of revisions to these mock-ups are included in package price. Any additional revisions will be billed at my hourly rate.
  • Home page design and up to 10 interior styled and formatted pages (banners, buttons, etc.) prior to launch
  • All sites are built using a Squarespace trial account, and subsequently launched as a live version hosted by Squarespace (monthly hosting fees are paid to Squarespace, by the client after website launch)
  • Option for rotating homepage slider emphasizing key calls to action, as well as stylized buttons, news feed, calls to action, etc. on home page.
  • Image portfolio feature (please see additional portfolio information in "website add-ons" section below)
  • Social media icons and links (customized based on Squarespace's design features)
  • Initial content input for launch of site (home page and up to 10 interior pages)
  • Installation of Google Analytics (client must provide working gmail address)
  • Custom styled interactive standard blog/news feed easily usable for client posting and updating & custom designed sidebar for your blog (if requested & applicable to your needs)
  • Clean, easy to use and consistent navigation
  • Custom designed "coming soon" page on your domain (if needed)
  • One hour-long tutorial session on the Squarespace Content Management System to show you how to update content on your site and make use of Squarespace's many integrated analytics features.
  • Additional tutorial time may be purchased by the client if needed.

 


 

WORDPRESS WEBSITE PACKAGE: $3,000

Built on the widely popular and user friendly Wordpress Content Management System, your website will be built to suit the needs of your business, based on an existing template of your choosing. We customize your website to seamlessly match your new or existing brand. All websites are fixed width and mobile friendly. Responsive sites for mobile devices are available as an add-on feature.

The Wordpress Website Package includes the following:

  • Clean, easy to navigate, easy to manage, stylish Wordpress theme consistent with your brand.
  • Initial design mockup of website homepage and up to 10 interior pages for approval by client.
  • Two rounds of revisions to mockups included in package price. Any additional revisions will be billed at  my hourly rate.
  • Home page design and up to 10 interior styled and formatted pages (banners, buttons, etc) prior to launch.
  • All sites are built on a test server, and then uploaded as a theme to your self-hosted Wordpress website.

ADDITIONAL PAGES AND CONTENT | Need more pages of content? You got it! I am happy to style as many pages as you need for an additional hourly rate of 70 dollars per hour. This may include additional team member profile pages, testimonials page, stylized press page, gallery pages, portfolio pieces, FAQ's, etc.

CUSTOM PORTFOLIO BUILDOUT AND BACKEND MANAGEMENT FEATURES (Starting at 600) | Are you looking for something more than a simple image portfolio or gallery to show off your work? Do you want to be able to customize how your images and details are displayed and develop an easy way to manage each entry on the backend of your site? I am happy to work with you to develop a more customized approach to your portfolio that will work seamlessly within your site and be just as awesome to manage on the backend. Please contact me if you think this add-on is for you and I will provide you with a custom quote that fits your individual needs.

ADVANCED BLOG FEATURES (starting at 500) | We can add additional features to your already styled blog such as a separate look from your full site, designed header, featured post slider on post feed, customized featured image for post excerpts, custom comment section, related articles, custom widgets, etc.

FORMER BLOG POST TRANSFER (200) | You can purchase this option to transfer your old blog content over (from Blogger, Wordpress, Tumblr, etc.) to your new blog feed. NOTE: some formatting issues may arise when transferring blogs over from old sites.

BRAND REFRESH AND STYLE ESTABLISHMENT FOR YOUR WEBSITE (600 - note: this add-on is only available to clients purchasing a website package) | This add-on is great for clients that found me after they had already established a strong logo, but need some help building a full brand and overall style to carry through their website moving forward. This package includes your logo or a slight refresh of your logo {if you need some adjustments to bring it up to date with fonts, colors, etc}, a secondary logo or sub mark development for your brand, colors palette, font suggestions, patterns, and elements for your website design. This is not a full logo design, just a refresh of your current look for clients that did not purchase the Logo or complete Branding Package. DESIGN TEMPLATES | Some pages are custom designed using templates (.psd or .ai). These templates are available for purchase if you have access to these programs and want to make any changes in the future on your own. Please ask for a custom quote for these templates.

STANDARD RESPONSIVE SITE PACKAGE (800) | For this option, we will take your new site design and edit it down to be responsive to ipad and iphone mobile devices. It will have the same look and feel of your new site, only resized to meet the needs of mobile device users for easier mobile navigation.

E-COMMERCE (WORDPRESS & SHOPIFY) | PREMIUM MOBILE SITE DESIGN | OPTIMIZED FOR RETINA DISPLAYS | CLIENT PORTAL | CUSTOM CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRES | ETC | If you are interested in adding on any of these additional features to your site, we can make that happen! IMPORTANT WEBSITE INFORMATION & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

DOMAIN NAMES, HOSTING SERVICES & EMAIL SETUP | Your domain name as well as hosting and email services must be purchased by you, the client. Andrea Crofts Creative Inc. is not responsible for server downtime, software issues or any other compatibility issue that may arise after the launch of the site. We recommend that you use bluehost.com, GoDaddy, or Network Solutions for your domain purchase and hosting services. This contract does not include future Wordpress CMS or framework update and compatibility issues for your site. After the launch of the site, all additional work will be quoted and billed at our hourly rate (currently 70 dollars per hour and may be subject to change). Client must provide Andrea Crofts Creative with FTP access to their server & hosting services.

You will have the opportunity to purchase a Wordpress website maintenance plan for 50 dollars/month. More information can be presented to you if you are interested! This plan is highly recommended for the security and function of your new website moving forward.

SITE CONTENT | Please provide all page titles and site content prior to site design. This will help us design the site specific to your needs from the start and will streamline the design and development process. All content will be uploaded by you to our shared Dropbox or Google Drive folder. In this folder, you will provide individual page content, images, passwords, etc. You are responsible for providing all images in proper format, size and quality for your website. Any delays to the submission of this information will cause your project to be delayed and, in some cases, may result in additional charges (although we would certainly try our best to avoid this!)

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS | All Wordpress sites are built on a test server and then uploaded as a theme to your self-hosted Wordpress website. Squarespace sites are built using a trial account, and are hosted through Squarespace once launched. Once you provide your approval on the design of your site, we will enter the development phase, in which all future changes to the structure and overall look of the site will be billed separately. TERMS & CONDITIONS

All pricing and project details listed in this pricing page are subject to change. This informational page is a quote only, and services are not limited to the list above. Please contact me at hello@andreacrofts.com for a custom quote for your specific project. Any additional revisions not included in the original package are billed seperately at our hourly rate of 70 dollars. Please note that it is essential that all clients to stay on time with their responses, feedback and client responsibilities such as completed questionnaires, website content, images, etc. Any delays from the client may result in project delays and additional charges.

Andrea Crofts Creative Inc. accepts payments via Paypal, E-transfer, or cheque made out and mailed to Andrea Crofts Creative Inc (address will be listed on the invoice). Payment for packages and projects are split into two parts, half (50%) being paid prior to the project start and the final half (50%) is paid before any final files are delivered to client/website is launched. For full branding projects, (Brand, Print & Website) payments can be split into four milestone invoices. Andrea Crofts Creative Inc. reserves the right to display and market all work completed as a result of this agreement.
